This is "Krankle" - a handmade and unique santa who's had a wee bit of too much port. 

Dressed with a green waistcoat and adorned with snowflakes, pom poms and a decorative bow.

Materials: 

Poly pellets, polyesta fibre, felt, wood, wool roving, and ceramic beans

Weighted at the bottom, "Krankle" will sit comfortably under your christmas tree or on you mantle. It will also make a perfect gift.
